My favorite snack if i’m on the go is luna bars, their high in protein, calcium and have lots of antioxidants. Their also specially made for women and 70% organic! (and their delicious especially the S’mores one!) At night time I like to make my own popcorn, I usually air pop it and put mustard on it, I know it sounds weird but it’s actually really good or I put a bit of vegetable oil in a pot and pop the popcorn that way.

My favorite exercise for cardio is interval running but overall I love weight training and my favorite exercise right now is a clean & press.
