This whole week I’ve been eating perfectfully and that’s a huge thing for me because I have a huge addiction to food. It’s a lot easier to eat properly when going to school for me because I pack a lunch and stick to it.
Todays meal plan
1 cup of Quinoa cereal
1 green apple
1 cup of eggwhites, 4 tsp of salsa, 1 slice of cheese
Handfull of almonds
Organic boneless chicken breast, 2 cups of grilled mixed vegatables
Greek yogurt and peaches
I need to start writing down what I eat more it really helps!
