i saw your pic on before&after - congratulations on your weight loss! i'm on a weight loss journey myself and i was wondering if you had any tips/advice for exercise and eating right you'd be willing to share. i mostly am looking for advice on exercise because i'm not currently a gym member because i'm leaving for school soon. i'm also not very good at cardio since my stamina isn't high..but i'm trying! haha advice pleasee? :)
see i’m the opposite I suck with food but I love exercising lol. Running is amazing and you could start by doing intervals, there’s all types of different intervals on the web and you can find a more beginner one that would help you build up your stamina. I like doing a pyramid interval, which is a 5min jog, 30 sec sprint, 1 min rest, 45 sprint, 1 min rest, 60 sec sprint, 1min rest, 120 sec sprint, 1 min rest and then go all the way back down to 30sec sprint and finish with a 5min jog. Try do your excising in the morning as soon as you wake up before you eat because your body has hardly any carbs in the morning so you’ll be burning pure fat. Since your going away for school you can always try exercise dvd’s such as P90X but I wouldn’t jump right into that especially if you don’t have much exercising experience, start off small. Make exercising enjoyable and do things you like to do that way you’ll be able to stick with it! Hope that helps! let me know if you tried some intervals! :)
I find it so funny how girls assume the weight lifting will make them masculine or will give them huge muscles… I mean ya if your taking supplements you’ll probably end up looking like a female arnold but honestly I have been weight lifting for almost three years and even though I love arnold I look nothing like him. I just shake my head when I go to the gym and I see the same girls do cardio. I so badly want to tell them that I burned almost twice as many calories lifting weights than I do when i’m doing cardio and I’m constantly burning throughout the day as well because my pulse stays elevated after leaving the gym. TRUST ME lifting weights is a good thing!
